"We are in fact a restaurant without a chef" is what our Paňmáma, Marcela, likes to use when talking to guests in the restaurant. This is the 9th year she has been performing traditional honest cuisine for guests and it is becoming increasingly popular.
Our guests often reminisce about their childhood thanks to the smell and taste of our dishes.
