We invite you to a private five-course tasting menu by Paňmáma Marcela Teplá, which combines unique family recipes with honest use of local ingredients from the Highlands - from farmers' vegetables to herbs from their own beds. Her "homey" cuisine, awarded with a Gault & Millau cap, comes to life on a wooden pier in a quiet garden oasis.
The menu offers two selections of Vincent d'Astrée champagne:

5,500 CZK including a bottle of Brut Premier Cru (fine bubbles, notes of apple and buttery pastry) -
6 800 CZK with the 2015 vintage Champagne (full body, ripe stone fruit, mineral swing)
The overall experience is completed by the undisturbed atmosphere of the garden, subtle lighting and friendly service that underlines the authenticity of each course. Book your evening and let the elegance of modern gastronomy take you to the open air.
For bookings of 4 or more persons, a deposit of 150 CZK/person may be required, which will be forfeited to Blatiny Farm in the event of cancellation 2 days or less from the date of booking.
In case of cancellation more than 3 days before the reservation date, the deposit will be refunded within 2 working days.

"We are actually a restaurant without a chef" is what our Paňmáma, Marcela, likes to use when talking to guests in the restaurant. This is the 10th year she has been performing traditional, honest cuisine for guests and it is becoming increasingly popular.
Our guests often reminisce about their childhood thanks to the smell and taste of our dishes.
Throw in a dash of today's options, fresh ingredients and the characteristic cuisine of our Pañmama is born.
Our restaurant
in a unique style referring to the traditions of the countryside
offers a comfortable 50 seats and in the summer season the possibility
seating on the terrace in the hotel garden.
